The objective of the Teen Behind the Wheel Program is to assist young drivers develop practical driving experience and build confidence as responsible drivers while receiving instruction from a Certified Driving Instructor and practicing in real driving situations. Progress is tracked throughout training at every stage of instruction, and once testing standards are achieved, students may become eligible for a copyright.
